Well theres a gas burner for ya. Nobody would probably keep the car for long if it goes out in 12 minutes, meaning every 12 min is another gas refill. On the other hand you can get to places really quickly, but thats not counting traffic or red lights. Plus if it has that high of a max speed then it should at least have really good brakes. We dont want people going 252 mph crashing into each other.

theres no speed limit at a set speed but you can't go crazy and drive faster then the traffic around you, so if everybodies in a hurry you can all be driving 250 mph but if your the only one in a hurry you gotta drive the same speed as everybody else.
